			Will of E.E. Hutchinson
	   This is my last will.All my real estate I have heretofore deeded to my
	children, said deeds being of record in the Register's office at Trenton,Tennessee,
	title to the property therein conveyed to vest in fee simple at my death.Now as to
	my personalty I give and bequeath to my daughter, Laverne Hutchinson, all my house-
	hold goods,with the exception of one walnut wardrobe which I give to my daughter,
	Mrs.Virgie Kennedy,said household goods consisting of one upright piano, all my
	beds, bed clothing, carpets, tables, chairs, cooking utensils, rugs, pictures and what-
	soever other household furniture now owned by me and in my home.
		My other personal property, consisting of live stock, interest in wagons,
	machinery of all kinds, farming implements, one Oakland automobile, notes, Liberty
	bonds, accounts and such other personalty of which I die possessed, I instruct my
	executor to sell and convert into cash, the amount of money so realized to be divided
	equally among my children A.M. Hutchinson, Mrs.Virgie Kennedy, C.W.Hutchinson, Mrs
	Carrie Carne and Laverne Hutchinson. As to any money in my possession or in bank
	at my death I instruct my executor or executors to divide equally among my child-
	ren above mentioned share and share alike. I hereby name and appoint A.M.Hutchinson
									  Executor to serve
	E E Hutchinson without bond.

			The testator herein,and we sign same at his request, and in his presence and
			in the presence of each other.
