Dear Sir.
    I live in a beautiful country and rich country of land my 
advice to you would be to come and see this country it is not 
worth my while to say anything about it you have heard so much 
now is your time to sell thar if you ever enten [intend] to 
sell (as the town is just beginning) your land-sell for as much 
more as it ever will again think of your children they will soon 
be gron and they cant settel thar  I will rite agan my best 
respecks to you wife and children rite to me when you reseave this 
farewell June the 24th 1835.
