of Gibson County at its July Term 1866 We the
undersigned commissioners having been appointed
by said court to divide the land belonging to
the Estate of John D. Carne Decd between the heirs
of said decd have proceeded to divide said lands
as follows - Lot No 1 We have laid off to James
B. Carne containing ???? 1/4 & bounded as follows

to divide said lands between the heirs giving to each
a certain No of acres in proportion to quantity and
quality without Seriously damageing the general
value of Said land (have by and with the
consent of the said legatees all of whom are of 
age except one & he being represented by his
guardian) proceeded to make the division and
following all the land according to our valuation 
amounts to                           $6755.
