June term - ordered by the court that 
W. D. Arnold and W. H. Harvey 
and Geo W. Lucken be and are hereby appoi
nted to divide the following described 
tracts of land lying in Civil district No. 12
in Gibson County belonging to the estate of the
late John D. Carnes Sr. Decd in five equal
parts according to quality and 
quantity between the five heirs at law
of the said Jno D. Sr Decd towit John D. Carnes
George Cook &  wife Margaret E. Wm Cook & wife
Martha E.  Meekin Hopkins & wife Mary J. 
and James B. minor by his next friend Jno D. Carnes
five tracts of land in all 596 acres and bounded 
as follows towit Exhibit A and report to the 
next term of the court
