County Court (Gibson Co., TN) Sirs:
                                      The Will of
J. D. Carne Sr (Deceased) requested that his ???? Estate
be kept together until the youngest child became of
age ??????? & at that time all the
personal property is to be disposed of in 12 months 
time or for cash as the executor might think best - 
this will was made with the vision of negroes being
property in which ????? the estate could have been 
kept together and enhanced the value of said estate
but as negroes have ceased to be property there is 
a good deal of property which will be constantly de-
creasing (^in) value & ????? be? a  ???????
to ??? I therefore wish a decree from the B????
authorizing the sale of such property, in 12 months
time.
