Nancy Overall, daughter of John and Christina Froman Overall was born in Frederick county Virginia. She married Josua Thomas and settled in 1779 where Nashville is situated. Joshua Thomas was killed in battle at KickoJack in 17??. They left several children. Their daughter married David Vaughn and four sons and two daughters were born to them. Viz — Michael Vaughn, Hiram Vaughn, and Kitty Vaughn who married Robert Caruthers . They have many decendants in Nashville, Tennessee.
