James Bland Carne's tombstone is located about 100 feet East of the majority of Carne stones in Oakland Cemetery, and the inscription faces south rather than the usual west.
From the picture at bottom left you can see the white cross stone of Bettie Sue Carne near the top right edge of James Bland's stone.
