                §     and his heirs and assigns
forever for the Sum of Seventy Five dollars as
cash payment for Services rendered. The following
described lot of land Situated in Dyer Station
Gibson County Tennessee Dist No 21 Beginning at
a corner 20 feet East of M&O R.R. track and 
20 feet North of the Thomas Land and runs 
North 30 degrees West with M&O R.R. land 110
feet to John Milligans South west corner
Thence East 125 feet with Milligans South 
boundary line to the Carnes ???thern 8 N W Corner

thence South 30° East 110 feet to the M&O R.R. land
And thence East 125 feet to the beginning containing 1375/4356
of one acre more or less It being the Same land
bought by me of Crawford Edwards and Wilson Baird
To have and to hold to the Said E E Hutchison his
heirs and assigns forever the above described lot
I have a good right to convey the Same and that 
the Same is unencumbered and I warrant the
title of Said land to be good to the Said E E Hutchison
his heirs and assigns this the 16th day of may 1881.
