To §  Deed       §§§  We Elizabeth and William H.
E. E. Hutcherson  §   Hall have this day Sold to
                  §   Emerson E. Hutchison one lot in
Dyer Station Tennessee Civil Dist No 21 for the
Consideration of Seventy five Dollars 36 1/2 /100 to us in
hand paid the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged
and containing by Estimation three fourth of an acre
be the Same more or less and bounded as follows
Beginning on a Stake South of my Black Smith
Shop on a Street running in a Souther direction 56
degrees East of a Magnetic point with Said Street
One hundred and twenty English feet and two inches
to a Stake thence East One hundred and fifty feet
and four inches in an Easterly direction 36 degrees 
North of East to a magnetic point and Stake thence
in a Northerly direction 36 degrees west of North line
128 feet and two inches thence West thence West two
Hundred and fifty feet and 2 inches to the beginning
being 36 degrees South to a magnetic point
To have and to hold forever and we do further cov
enant with the Said Emerson Hutchison that we
are lawfully seized of Said land and have a
good right to convey it and that the Same is
unencumbered and we do further covenant with
the Said E. Hutcherson and his heirs administrator
and assigns to ??? and forever defend the
title to the above described lot against the lawful
claims of any and all persons whatever this the
17th day of December 1880
