Carnes of the County of Gibson and state of Tennessee of the other part No ____ that the said) Ezekial Armstrong for and in considerat- ion of the sum of four hundred fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said John D. Carnes the receipt of where of is hereby acknowledged, ____ _____ gran- ted bargained Sold a_____ conveyed and confirmed unto the said John D. Carnes his heir and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land _____ lying and being in the county of Gibson State of Tennessee being a part of a 2560 acre tract entered in the name of Cumberland Colhedge Brown described as follows ___ Beginning at the South East Corner of a 320 acre tract of land belonging to Serry Saunders ____ing thence East 160 poles thence South 150 poles thence west 160 poles thence north to the beginning containing one hundred & fifty acres.
